terms of service

who you're dealing with

this site is operated by loyly love ltd, a company registered in england and wales (company number 16767684, registered office 9 junction court, 9 station road, watford, england, wd17 1ap), trading as ö-zone. contact hello@loylthelabel.com.

this is a pre-launch product

ö-zone is still in development. nothing on this site is currently for sale as a finished product. the garment shown is a prototype; the final design, materials, and specification may change based on waitlist feedback before batch 01 goes into production.

the free waitlist

joining the free waitlist costs nothing and takes no unit out of stock in your name. it gets you a discount code and a notification when pre-orders open. you can unsubscribe at any time.

the £5 batch 01 deposit

paying the £5 deposit reserves one unit in your name at the 25% early-bird price, ahead of the free waitlist. it is fully refundable, in full, at any time, for any reason or no reason. email hello@loylthelabel.com and we'll refund it, no questions asked. the deposit is not the final purchase: when batch 01 is ready, you'll get a private 48-hour link to confirm your size and complete the order at the locked-in price, minus your £5 deposit. if you decide not to go ahead at that point, the £5 is still refunded.

no warranty, as this stage

because no product has shipped yet, we can't offer product warranties or guarantees of final spec, price, or availability beyond what's stated above. reasonable care is taken to keep this site accurate and up to date, but we make no guarantee of that.

intellectual property

the ö-zone name, design, and the cooling technology described on this site are the property of loyly love ltd. the technology is the subject of uk patent application GB2516789.1 ("patent pending" means an application has been filed and is under examination, not that a patent has been granted). no content on this site may be reproduced or used without our prior written permission.

governing law

these terms are governed by the laws of england and wales, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of england and wales.
