who we are

ö-zone is a product currently in pre-launch development. this site and the waitlist/reservation described on it are operated by:

what we collect

• your email address, when you join the waitlist or reserve a batch 01 spot
• your name, and answers to optional waitlist questions (e.g. preferred protection style, sauna frequency, size, main reason for wanting the product). every question can be skipped
• a referral code we generate for you, and, if you arrived via someone else's link, which code referred you
• payment details, only if you reserve a batch 01 spot: these are entered directly into stripe's checkout and never pass through or get stored on our systems
• basic usage data (pages viewed, approximate location, device type) via google analytics

how we use it

to run the waitlist and referral ladder, email you about launch and any rewards you've unlocked, process and refund the £5 batch 01 deposit, understand how visitors use this page, and shape the final product based on what people tell us. we don't sell your data.

who we share it with

we use the following processors to run this site:

• klaviyo: email marketing and profile storage (your email, name, and waitlist answers)
• stripe: payment processing for the £5 refundable deposit, under its own separate account
• google analytics: anonymised site usage data
• vercel: hosting

these providers may process data outside the uk/eea (typically the us), under their own standard contractual clauses. we don't share your data with anyone else.

cookies & local storage

google analytics sets standard analytics cookies. separately, your browser's local storage holds your own referral code, and session storage holds who referred you (if anyone). both stay on your device and are only sent to klaviyo when you submit the signup form.

how long we keep it

we keep your waitlist profile until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. if you reserve a batch 01 spot and later request a refund, we keep the minimum records stripe and uk tax law require us to.

your rights

under uk gdpr, you can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export your data, or object to how we use it. email hello@loylthelabel.com and we'll action it within 30 days. you can also unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email we send, and you have the right to complain to the information commissioner's office (ico).
